After listening to Scott’s concerns with his existing dock and getting a good understanding of what he wanted, our team recommended using Trex Enhance Basics line of composite decking for his new dock. It’s the most cost effective line, but still comes with a 25-year stain and fade warranty.

The Process
We worked closely with Scott to redesign his dock to ensure he could still access his boat with a 2-tiered dock. After finalizing the design with him, we completed the entire HOA approval process for him, getting approval from the main association and the sub-association. Once we had full approval, we got to work to reinstate his stunning dock oasis and boat landing!
